Sally Anne Fitter

 

Sally Anne Fitter's paintings concentrate on the varied forms of still life and the dramatic Norfolk seascapes.

 

Sally’s vigorous handling, developing surface textures, with strong colours and numerous painting techniques lend to a strong sense of design and composition that invites the viewer to look again at the ordinary and familiar. She has an imaginative eye for colour, with a warm, rich colour palette.

 

She delights in painting still life with familiar objects, framed within windows and interiors, and her landscape paintings are both creative and imaginative; Depicting scenes based around the North Norfolk Coast and Cornwall.

 

 

She studied at Bristol College of Art, under Walter Keeler, Mo Jupp, and Nicholas Homoky, Sally Anne gained a 1^st Class BA Honours at Bristol Art Academy. Going on to set up and run a Textile Design Studio in Clerkenwell, London. Exhibiting and selling in London, New York, Japan, Paris & Milan. Amongst her many customers were; Liberty’s, Calvin Klein, and Ralph Lauren, New York.

 

After moving to Norfolk, Sally Anne paints full time, and regularly exhibits in galleries, around the country.
